About Boularde

Boularde is operated by Studio 21 AB (Org. No. 559276-5225). Our HQ is located at Kungsladugårdsgatan 10, Gothenburg, Sweden. We sell jewellery to customers worldwide through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to our terms.

General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via Boularde’s online store and are in accordance with Swedish law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

Orders & Availability

Orders are placed via our online store. Once your order is confirmed by email, it is considered accepted, subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a prompt refund.

Prices

All prices are shown in SEK and include 25% VAT. Prices may change without prior notice.

Delivery

We offer several delivery options depending on your location and order size. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. Free shipping on orders over SEK 500, otherwise a SEK 49 shipping fee applies. Deliveries within Sweden. International orders may be subject to additional terms and fees.

Returns & Exchanges

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. See our Return Policy for details. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Engraved sterling silver jewellery is non-returnable.

Returns and complaints are handled in accordance with our Return and Complaint Policy.

Warranty

We offer a three-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. For approved claims, we will replace the item with an identical or similar product.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
