Return and Complaint Policy

Right of Return

You have the right to return an item within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Jewelry must not have been worn or handled more than necessary to determine fit or function.

How to Make a Return

Contact us at customerservice@boularde.com with your order number, the item in question, and the reason for return.

Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

Send the package to the return address provided by us.


The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.

Complaints (Defective or Damaged Goods)

If you have received a defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from receipt.

Complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260), which entitles you to make a complaint within 3 years from the date of purchase, provided the defect existed at delivery.

For approved complaints, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item or issue a full refund.
